NETWORK LAYER

Hey there guys,
In this video i have discussed about Network layer, Kindly give you feedback.



So Network layer this is the most important layer of the OSI model if you are or willing to work in Networking.

The Segment transferred from transport layer to network layer by placing a network header on Segment.                                                                                                                                        

The Network Header contains source and destination ip. Network header + Segment = Packet.

Transport layer layer 4

Hey there guys,
In this video, i have discussed Transport layer and all the task that it performs.



So what is Transport layer in OSI model? and what are it's functions? lets start

So the first task i.e. performed by Transport layer is Identifying services, in this Transport layer identifies that which protocol will be used to transfer the data (TCP/UDP).

 So A transport header will be added on the data containing port no of either TCP(6)/UDP(17) and the final output will be of transport layer will be SEGMENT.

APPLICATION LAYER NO- 7

Hey there guys,
Please check my new video on Application Layer of OSI model. In this video i had discussed on Application layer basic and how does it works. Find it by pressing on link or on video

Now we will discuss about 7th layer of OSI model i.e. Application layer.


In this diagram we can see that from Application layer a port no of the function that has to be performed for e.g. 443 for https or 80 for http is placed like a header on data i.e. called as Application header and forward to Presentation layer.

The list of port numbers is very long some are given below i.e. used mostly :-
